So, I've finally decided on a job.
Since I have been born with special needs (ex. Dyslexia, ADHD/ADD, etc.) I know how hard it is to not be "normal" or to be a "retard", so I've decided I am going to become a teacher for children with special needs.
Since I'm not "normal" I am unable to understand why people treat us "retards" often as if we were infected with the plague?
I mean, I like to think it's because some people are worried that we are very fragile because of our difficulties, or that you are just unsure if you are supposed to treat us in a certain way.
But I know that isn't really the case for everyone.
